Shipping

We can ship to most addresses in the United States and offer free in-store pick up at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa Bear Logo Store.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose

  • All packages ship United States Postal Service.
  • Expedited options are available.
  • No international shipping

 

Order Status.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email once that order has been shipped. You can track your order on the USPS website using the tracking number provided. CLICK HERE to track your package.

Returns:

Grand Traverse Resort and Spa is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, and you will receive a full refund or store credit.
